Log into the Administration panel and navigate to Configuration -> License. Under Upload New License select the Browse... button and in the file selection window navigate to and select the license file that you received, select Open. Now select the Save option to apply your license, this takes effect immediately, if there are any issues with the license that prevent it being applied an error will be presented explaining the issue.
